Thursday, December 20th, 2007Can’t sleep tonight …
Wednesday, December 19th, 2007I can’t sleep tonight. I keep thinking about photo shoots. I have this idea of being a dream pin up sailor girl on the most beautiful boat that’s out there. Maybe we’ll do one in the summer. I would love to be a biker girl on the hot chopper too - this one is realistic since I think I will get a Chopper for summer but first I have to get bike license … lol that might be hard because driving a car was hard enough to learn …
The weather outside is fright full …

Thursday, December 13th, 2007From a distance she looked like she wasn’t aware of me. I couldn’t get my eyes off of her. Couldn’t lower my camera either. I felt I had to capture this scene. There is something quite captivating about a woman, when she is preening herself in front of a mirror, alone. Only aware of herself. I felt voyeuristic and invasive of her privacy, until she saw me photographing her. It didn’t stop me. I kept on shooting, not wanting to miss documenting the moment. After noticing me, she too went on with her business of preparing for our shooting session. I am not quite sure if now that she was aware of me, self-consciousness had set in. I don’t think it is evident in this triptych.

Tuesday, December 11th, 2007What’s for dinner
Monday, December 10th, 2007I am passionate about food. I love to make it and I love to taste it. Today I decided to spend the day in the kitchen. Of course it was sooo hot that I couldn’t keep my clothes on for very long anyway.I prepared Thai coconut soup as an appetizer. Then I made a steak with sauce, mashed potatoes and vegetables. That was simply delicious.
So look what is for a dessert:
guns
Sunday, December 9th, 2007This weekend I completed FIREARM SAFETY COURSE. Now I can safly handle the collection of my guns … just kidding
The whole course was such a surreal experience. I was the only woman there … I came in late of course with my fake pink nails and pink hat … the whole class including instructor were starring at me. I felt they thought I made a mistake and were going for the knitting course or at least strip aerobic classes. But now I was exactly where I wanted to be. I thought it was great to learn how to load and unload firearms .. they did not let us call them guns or weapons since they say it is unprofessional.
I passed my test with 98% score … yay I am great at multiple choice … with he practice exam the instructor was nice enough to help me out … after all I still need some training and practice but I will go to the shooting range next week so BE AWARE
